In order to provide newsletter services, Nomad Atelier uses Mailchimp services (Atlanta, Georgia – USA). Collected data are safely stored by Mailchimp’s native servers.

Data management and safety is based either upon the user’s consent, or upon necessity in order to contact Nomad Atelier, establishing an active communication between the parts. Personal data can be used in order to develop an offer for a specific service request. The users can revoke their consent at any time, contacting Nomad Atelier references.

Nomad Atelier doesn’t sell, nor it commercialize or transfer in any case personal data of its users to third parties.
However, Nomad Atelier can delegate part of its processes to trusted collaborators, in order to ensure the website and service functionality. Such collaborators may access databases or personal information, in coherence with their roles in the workflow.

Where do we store your Data
Data is stored in secure storage files, thanks to repository and cloud technology. Databases undergo a periodic back-up to restore them in any case of failure.
Personal information is stored within the EU territory, with social media and Google services based in the US.
Deleting and changing personal data
In any case, the user can request an update of their data, especially when wrong or inaccurate.
Personal data can be deleted or edited from Nomad Atelier services at any time, upon the user’s request.
The user can require to limit data management in the following cases: the data is incorrectly registered; the data elaboration is not proper and requires a restriction; Nomad Atelier doesn’t need personal data anymore, but the user needs it to cover legal procedures.
The user can promptly require their data to be cancelled. Nomad Atelier will notify them and provide the cancellation, in the following cases:
Personal data are no more necessary to cover the initial goals;
Consent is revoked and there is no legal compliance to keep storage of specific data;
The user opposes to data management for marketing goals;
Personal information have been illegally obtained;
Personal data must be cancelled upon law enforcement.

Collaboration and User's rights
Nomad Atelier will cooperate with the user and legal authorities in order to comply with the law. It will also guarantee the users’ lawful rights, especially in the unlikely event of data breach or accidents putting at stake data security.
At any time, the user can request their detailed data stored by Nomad Atelier. These will be provided by a two-week timespan.
