Our retreat is a sensory immersion wanting to give you the time to really listen, learn and explore how your senses reflect your inner character and to cultivate rituals that strengthen their presence in your life. On the idyllic island of Ibiza, our carefully curated days will be a mixture of teaching you to understand the language of your senses, and giving you the space to nurture your body, recharge yourself and explore the hidden corners of the island.

The spirit of Ibiza can be soothing in ways I still can’t explain. Perhaps it is the stillness that can be found only at this time of year, when the crowds have left that gives you a real feeling of the island. You can hear yourself think and your senses are heightened. These days will be balanced to engage each one of the senses individually through curated sensorial experiences.
We have invited carefully selected specialists, who have found an affinity with one sense or another, to guide you in the exploration of each one. Each bespoke experience has been chosen to focus your attention on one sense at a time and through this discover the subtle differences of how each of us responds.
WHY 6 SENSES?
We all see, feel, touch, taste, hear, but some more than others and others more consciously than some.
It is our senses that create our perception of the world, and yet what we see and feel nowadays is often limited. In our multitasking, busy routines the senses are silenced and our inner voice not heard.
We want to invite you to rediscover your 6 senses, explore further and bring this awareness into everything you do.
There are TASTES that we search for before we have
even tried them.
There are SOUNDS that signal the passage of time, reminding us to be present.
There are things we TOUCH that give us a sense of belonging.
There are scents that are inherent to a place,
woven into our memories.

Whether you are bringing a sensory personal touch to how you serve your food at home to how you provide unique brand experiences to your clients.
It's for those who have wanted to awaken more of the other senses less developed and for those who are aware that we have the potential to feel much more.

WHAT TO EXPECT?
Our daily lives often do not often leave time to appreciate let alone cultivate our senses. This escape is to give yourself time to bring these different elements into everyday life, from what you do to how you do things.
We want you to find calmness in a natural environment which will recharge you and strengthen your sensory sensitivity shared
with an intimate group of people.
STEPPING OUT OF YOUR ROUTINE:
During these days there will be optional morning yoga sessions, fresh meals prepared daily with local ingredients and most importantly of all…time for yourself.
There will be a sensory spa treatment for each person, as well as a few group local excursions and other activities to choose from on your free time. The gardens are private for you to explore them whilst the house itself has a swimming pool and plenty of shaded areas for reading, writing or just being still.
