Every beginning of the year, I feel the desire to take a step back and reflect on the year that has just passed. It's a moment to celebrate what you have achieved and also the opportunity to plan with intention where you want to be.
I had always envisioned being able to go away somewhere inspiring and do exactly this, work on my business. Make time to understand what didn't work? Why? Did I focus my energy on the right things? Did I have a clear strategy to guide me on making choices during the year?  This retreat is about you and designing your 2020 business roadmap.

This is an exclusive escape of four days tailored around the Art of Business and Self-Discovery for entrepreneurs. It is designed to plan out your business, refine your vision and mastermind with like-minded entrepreneurs.

DAY 1

Finally, slow down and take the moment to meet others, enjoying Moroccan mint tea and this time for yourself to disconnect and think out of the box.

We begin exploring where you are in your life and business and what you need for self-actualization.

DAY 2 /
The Art of Business

A day dedicated to refining your business vision, clarify your offerings and reflect on where you want to be, tools you need, and where to focus your time and energy.

We will plan together a roadmap with a clear strategy and goals. You will reflect on your priorities, strengths and what you can let go of.

DAY 3 /
The Art of Storytelling

The desert's majestic atmosphere is the perfect place to bring more of who you are into what you do. We will explore the art of personal branding.

 

Make space to recognize your own voice and transmit what makes you or your business unique, whether it's your why, your story or simply you.

The Art of Self-Discovery

This is the day when it comes all together. Moments to learn about mindset, how we see ourselves and how to make a shift and shape our own reality.

Digital Strategy & Thoughtful Branding

With over 20 years of experience leading digital initiatives in the Fashion and Outdoor Industry for international brands including The North Face, 7 For All Mankind, Vans and Benetton. Today, Katherine is the founder of Nomad Atelier, through which she shares her experience as a business advisor and mentor.

Everything she does has a curated, bespoke approach — from working with like-minded clients looking to be innovative, grow their business and find their own voice to offering tailored workshops empowering people to  to slow down, refocus and design the life and business they want. 

From Colombian origins, she now lives in Italy.

Day 1, Wednesday Afternoon, Feb. 26th: Welcome session begins at 4 p.m.

New encounters and life snapshot

  • Business & Life Snapshot  followed by light dinner

Day 2, Thursday, Feb. 27th:

The Art of Business 

  • Breakfast and morning rituals

  • “The Business of Me” – exploring where you want to be and where to focus in 2019

  • Delicious Lunch in the riad

  • Business Roadmap planning (goals, priorities, tools needed)

  • Review communication channels and how you connect with your ideal client

  • Free evening (Free time to dine out, go to the hammam etc.)

Day 3, Friday, Feb. 28th:

The Art of Storytelling and Branding 

  • Breakfast and 1 hour tips on storytelling and Instagram, then morning free to do what you like

  • Guest transfer to the Desert after lunch

  • Personal Branding & bringing out your unique voice and visual style

  • Storytelling with all your senses, experiential brand journey

  • Guest Speaker, RNR Creative will hold a session on brand mood boarding, styling and photography

  • Evening dinner in the desert 

Day 4, Saturday, Feb. 29th:

The Art of Self-Discovery 

  • Breakfast and morning rituals

  • 2 hour one-on-one session with myself to discuss either personal transition or business mentoring and Lora will hold a private practical session with you providing tips on styling your products or your personal photoshoots.s

  • Lunch at our desert luxury camp

  • Free time – to reflect or enjoy spa treatments available upon request

  • Visualization & Farewell dinner around campfire under the stars

Day 5, Sunday Morning, March 1st:

Farewell breakfast & departures

  • Breakfast and morning rituals

  • Guest departure & transfers to the Airport

Special guest speakers will be invited during different moments.

/ YOUR STAY
During our first two evenings, we will be guests in a beautiful riad in the medina. The perfect space to begin exploring the “Art of Business” and self-actualization.
 
Our last two evenings will be in a luxury desert camp where we will explore the "Art of Storytelling, Branding and Self-discovery. We will also talk about the power of rituals and shifting mindset.

This retreat will be for an intimate group of people (6-8 spots)

- Transfers to and from Marrakech Menara Airport on arrival and departure days

- Transportation during retreat

- 2 nights lodging (double occupancy/single) in beautiful lodge

- 2 nights lodging in luxury camp tents (double occupancy/triple)

ABOUT THE ROOMS:
We will be staying in a beautiful Riad in the heart of Marrakech and concluding our journey in a luxury desert camp.

(Each suite room has 1 Dbl bed & 1 single bed, only 2 spots available)
*Suite Room: Shared room/ Dbl bed €2450 per person


* Bed preference is given to first booking.

All the rooms have en-suite private bathrooms with wc, an hair dryer, a safe for personal use and storage spaces. 

DESERT LUXURY TENTS have Queen and Single beds and assignments will mirror Riad booking requests as much as possible.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:  
Due to the involved logistics, we offer no cancellation refunds. However, should you be unable to attend, we are happy to welcome anyone approved who would like to participate in your place.

We highly recommend you have insurance in place to cover other costs such as flight or any other incidentals, that we can’t be responsible for. We reserve the right to alter or vary the program at any moment.
