Every beginning of the year, I feel the desire to take a step back and reflect on the year that has just passed. It's a moment to celebrate what you have achieved and also the opportunity to plan with intention where you want to be.
I had always envisioned being able to go away somewhere inspiring and do exactly this, work on my business. Make time to understand what didn't work? Why? Did I focus my energy on the right things? Did I have a clear strategy to guide me on making choices during the year? This retreat is about you and designing your business 2020 roadmap.

These is an exclusive escape of four days tailored around the Art of Business and Self-Discovery for entrepreneurs. It is designed to plan out your business, refine your vision and mastermind with like-minded entrepreneurs.

These four days are designed for solo and creative entrepreneurs taking their first steps along a new path and for those wanting to grow their business with focus, because it's not always easy to know where to dedicate your time and resources.
I will guide you to refine your vision, explore your brand voice and improve your storytelling and communication skills.
Finally, slow down and take the moment to meet others, enjoying Moroccan mint tea and this time for yourself to disconnect and think out of the box.
We begin exploring where you are in your life and business and what you need for self-actualization.
DAY 2 /
The Art of Business
A day dedicated to refining your business vision, clarify your offerings and reflect on where you want to be, tools you need, and where to focus your time and energy.
We will plan together a roadmap with a clear strategy and goals. You will reflect on your priorities, strengths and what you can let go of.
DAY 3 /
The Art of Storytelling
The desert's majestic atmosphere is the perfect place to bring more of who you are into what you do. We will explore the art of personal branding.
Make space to recognize your own voice and transmit what makes you or your business unique, whether it's your why, your story or simply you.

The Art of Self-Discovery
This is the day when it comes all together. Moments to learn about mindset, how we see ourselves and how to make a shift and shape our own reality.

With over 20 years of experience leading digital initiatives in the Fashion and Outdoor Industry for international brands including The North Face, 7 For All Mankind, Vans and Benetton. Today, Katherine is the founder of Nomad Atelier, through which she shares her experience as a business advisor and mentor.
Everything she does has a curated, bespoke approach — from working with like-minded clients looking to be innovative, grow their business and find their own voice to offering tailored workshops empowering people to to slow down, refocus and design the life and business they want.
From Colombian origins, she now lives in Italy.

During our first two evenings, we will be guests in a beautiful lodge inspired by traditional Berber architecture. The perfect hideaway (40 min. away from the Marrakech Medina) to begin exploring the “Art of Business” and self-actualization.
Our last two evenings will be in a luxury desert camp where we will explore the "Art of Storytelling, Branding and Self-discovery. We will also talk about the power of rituals and shifting mindset.
This retreat will be for an intimate group of people (8-10 spots)
- Transfers to and from Marrakech Menara Airport on arrival and departure days

Note: Some rooms are bigger than others. Rooms will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Those who register first will be awarded the larger rooms. As you can see, all rooms are lovely with plenty of space.
